1. It is alleged that Norman Anderson assisted a client engaged in illegal activities that he knew or reasonably ought to have known were occurring and that such conduct is deserving of sanction.
2. It is alleged that Norman Anderson failed to withdraw when he knew or ought to have known his client was engaged in illegal activities and that such conduct is deserving of sanction.
3. It is alleged that Norman Anderson issued accounts to his client from his professional corporation that improperly identified the legal services and failed to distinguish between legal fees and disbursements and that such conduct is deserving of sanction.
