1. It is alleged that Larry D. Ayers failed to serve his client(s) and that such conduct is deserving of sanction;

2. It is alleged that Larry D. Ayers failed to respond promptly and completely to communications from his client(s) and   that such conduct is deserving of sanction; and

3. It is all alleged that Larry D. Ayers failed to respond promptly to communications from the Law Society and that such conduct is deserving of sanction.
